[Taipei, Taiwan] The Spodek Arena in Katowice, Poland, is set to host the Intel Extreme Masters tournament finals from February 28th until March 1st. MSI and Media Expert prepare a joint exhibition area at the event. Gaming enthusiasts are invited to visit the booth, where they will be able to check out the latest gaming hardware, meet popular streamers and participate in the Granko Fajne project. “MSI is a true gaming brand, we committed to dedicate to gamer community. We invite all gamers to experience the latest and most innovative technology at MSI booth in IEM Katowice 2020,” says Sam Chern, MSI Marketing VP.
Games, Contests and Meet-ups
"The MSI booth will be exceptional, with activities for hardcore and casual gamers alike. These include an opportunity to play with ROJSON, one of the most famous Polish gaming YouTubers," says Piotr Koralewicz, MSI Poland. Visitors will also be able to test their knowledge during quizzes about eSports, but the challenges don’t stop at mental fortitude. Attendees are also invited to participate in the push-up challenge, where they will be able to show off how their physical strength.
The MSI area will play host to popular YouTubers, streamers, eSports players and commentators of every stripe. They include:
- MSI ambassador and veteran YouTuber Patryk "ROJSON" Rojewski
- Professional CS:GO player from the SMASH Esports ranks Sebastian “NEEX” Trela
- Professional FIFA player Robert "LisekHD" Liszka
- Commentator and eSports journalist at Polsat Games Mikołaj "Silv4n" Sinacki
- Esports commentator Jakub "Swelder" Grzegorski, who is featured on the Izakooo/Esportnow channels
- League of Legends eSports scene commentator Wojciech "Bezi" Wróbel
Last but not least, Bonnguś, the ambassador of the Granko Fajne project, will be on location in the MSI area, hosting and inviting guests during the stream from our booth. Granko Fajne aims to unite gamers and streamers under banner of their favorite games. Especially more casual ones that are within everybody's reach.
There will also be a Free2Play area during each day of the event, where attendees will be able to face off in these games:

- League of Legends
- Counter-Strike: GO
Entry to the International Congress Centre, where the exhibitor booths are located, will be free during this year's IEM. Free entry, however, doesn’t mean attendees won’t have to queue up. One way to avoid the queues is to purchase an entry ticket, or take your chances on the MSI ticket give-away contest on the official MSI facebook page
New MSI hardware
One of the Saturday events at the booth will be the Polish launch of two standout 27-inch gaming monitors with high refresh rates – the Optix MAG272CQR and Optix G271. Visitors will also get to feast their eyes every day on the flagship MSI GT76 Titan laptop, as well as computers powered by MSI, assembled in the recently launched MSI Forge cases.
The Media Expert online store will have reduced prices on MSI products, and attendees at the Congress Centre booth can expect special discounts on monitors, computer components, gaming chairs and accessories. Some discounts run up to 500 PLN (~115 EUR). What's more, both companies will be featuring deals on selected peripherals and computer components. Buyers will receive games, Steam vouchers or gaming accessories worth up to 250 PLN (~60 EUR).
